Abstract

This research aims to examine extracurricular management in improving the quality of graduates. The research method used combines quantitative and qualitative approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between participation in extracurriculars and the quality of student graduates. Data was obtained through surveys distributed to Islamic education students in several schools representing various levels of education, as well as through focus group interviews with students, extracurricular supervisors, and school staff. The results of quantitative and qualitative data analysis are then combined to provide a holistic understanding of the role of extracurriculars in the context of Islamic education. The results show that Extracurricular Management in Improving the Quality of Graduates has provided important insight into the relationship between participation in extracurricular activities and the quality of student graduates. Through a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research found that there is a positive correlation between participation in extracurriculars and the quality of graduates. Thus, the conclusions of this research emphasize the important role of extracurricular activities in improving the quality of graduates, as well as the need for greater support from schools and the community to ensure that extracurricular activities can be well integrated into the Islamic education curriculum. It is hoped that this research can provide a valuable contribution to the development of educational policies and best practices in improving the quality of Islamic education.
