Abstract

These  components are:  raw input,  namely  students with all Psychological characteristics include motivation, interest, perception, activity, creativity and readiness to learn; instrumental input, includes everything, person or program that is intentionally designed and designed to creating a learning process; environmental inputs include factors the social, cultural and physical environment that affects learning; The output consists of the goals or results to be achieved with the activities that learning. This concept also applies specifically to PAI learning at SMK IP Fathul Ulum Ponco Kresno Pesawaran Lampung District, District East Lampung. Based on the theory, the author wants to research and develop comprehensive PAI learning process in SMK IP Fathul Ulum Ponco Kresno Pesawaran Lampung District,  East  Lampung  Regency. Due  to  process  learning is a  system,  so  this research will be directed to examine the system of components as a whole, especially about the question of student characteristics in PBM PAI, lesson planning PAI, PAI learning implementation, PAI learning facilities, and evaluation PAI learning in SMK IP Fathul Ulum Ponco Kresno Pesawaran Lampung District East Lampung Regency The method used in this research is descriptive-analytic with an ethnographic approach. While the techniques used Data collection is observation, interview, and document study. use the techniques in this study are based on the reason that this research is a descriptive-qualitative research that describes  the  phenomena  about  something  or action that  arises,  which  then thinks and explained.  This  study  proves  that  the  psychological  characteristics  of  students  in  PAI learning are very diverse, especially from the point of view of their classification. Students from  superior  classes  have  characteristics  psychological well-being  and  supports  a  good learning process. While students from the regular class are under students from the superior class in terms of psychological characteristics.
