KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DI MTS NEGERI 2 BANDAR LAMPUNG
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of human relations skills carried out by the head of the madrasah in improving teacher performance in MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. This research is a type of field research (field research) that is qualitative. The sources of data in this study are the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasa totaling 4 people, the teachers totaling 11 people. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Then using purposive samples and snow ball sampling, The results showed that the head of the madrasah MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung has carried out managerial human relation skills by paying attention to aspects of communication effectiveness so that teacher performance in MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung can improve including teacher work performance, namely: planning, implementing and evaluating learning.
