KEMAMPUAN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU MA MA’ARIF 04 DARUR RAHMAN KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR

Abstract

Field research on the ability of madrasah principals to improve teacher professional competence at MA Ma'arif 04 Darur Rahman, East Lampung Regency. This research is a qualitative research, namely research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words and observed behavior. This research uses a case study research design, in the sense that the research focuses on cases (phenomena) which are then understood and analyzed in depth. The research that the author is doing is field research, namely research in which data collection is carried out in the field. The nature of this research is descriptive analytic, which describes and analyzes the ability of the head of madrasah to improve professional competence. To obtain data in this study the authors used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. From the data that the authors collected, the authors then analyzed the data and concluded that the abilities of the madrasah principal have not been able to improve the professional competence of teachers at MA Ma'arif 04 Darur Rahman, East Lampung Regency.
