STRATEGI PERTEMUAN PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN KELUARGA (P2K2) DALAM PERUBAHAN PRILAKU KELUARGA PENERIMA MANFAAT (KPM) PKH DI KELURAHAN KORPRI JAYA KECAMATAN SUKARAME KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze the P2K2 empowerment strategy in Korpri Jaya Village. (2) Describe the results of P2K2 empowerment in Korpri Jaya Village. (3) Analyzing the constraints of P2K2 implemented by the social assistants of Korpri Jaya Village. (4) Analyzing solutions to problems encountered in P2K2 activities in Korpri Jaya Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive type. Methods of collecting data in this study through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. By taking a sample of 35 P2K2 participants and 10 informants to answer the problems in this study. The validation used by researchers in testing the truth of the data using source triangulation. The results showed that: (1) The P2K2 strategy in community empowerment in Korpri Jaya Village went through 4 stages, namely, the location selection stage, the socialization stage, the community empowerment process stage and the independence stage. (2) The success of P2K2 activities, namely, an increase in knowledge both in education , health and economy. The education component, KPM children are diligent in going to school, the health component, P2K2 participants are diligent in bringing their children to check their children's health to the posyandu and the economic component is economic empowerment activities through joint e-waroeng to increase the financial independence of P2K2 participants (3). The obstacles faced in P2K2 activities are the lack of participant commitment, limited P2K2 equipment, P2K2 participants who are already independent do not want to graduate, assistants are busy with many administrations and complementary programs. (4) The solution to the obstacles faced in P2K2 activities is giving joint responsibility, holding P2K2 coaching periodically, PKH promotion media, participant home visits and quality monitoring.
