Abstract
Head master as leaders of learning and human resources should be able to create a good organizational climate so that all components can portray themselves school together to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. The focus of this research is; How is the leadership used by the head of MTs How is the strategy developed by the Head of MTs in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers , and then What is the impact of leadership strategies to increase headmaster Pedagogic Competence teacher at MTs. Thus this study aims to reveal the head of the leadership of MTs improving the pedagogical competence of teachers , to describe what the strategy undertaken by clod in improving pedagogical Teachers , and) To determine the impact of headmaster's leadership strategy to increase Pedagogic Competence at MTs. This study used a qualitative approach, data collection with interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with interactive analysis. To check the validity of the data is done with credibility, Transferability, dependability, confirmability. The results showed that: Leadership MTs Head of in Improving Teacher Pedagogic Competence applied is more oriented on the pattern of ototiter and demokratis Principals Strategies In Improving Teacher Pedagogic Competence is to use: work shop, training, periodic evaluation, and give the reward for the outstanding teacher Impact of Principals Leadership Strategies Against Increased Teacher Pedagogic Competence in MTs is the impact of the three strategies are: competence of teachers to be better, more proactive, more n teacher, administrative, ethos increased employment, more obedient to the rules, effectively prepares the device, increasing student achievement, and teacher morale up date more IT-based learning strategies
