Abstract

This study aims to study intensively about the background of the current situation and environmental interactions of a social unit. So that the results of this study are expected to provide a complete and well-organized picture of certain objects. The formulation of the problem in this research is How is the leadership model of the Head of MA Mathlaul Anwar Napal in improving the Pedagogic Competence of Teachers of Islamic Cultural History at MA Mathlaul Anwar Napal? What is the strategy used by the principal of MA Mathlaul Anwar Napal in improving the ability of SKI subject teachers and class mastery at MA Mathlaul Anwar Napal? This research is included in the category of descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study are the Leadership Model of the Head of Aliyah Madrasah Mathlaul Anwar Napal in Improving the Pedagogical Competence of SKI Teachers which is applied is the "contingency or situational leadership model" with its indicators and the Leadership Strategy of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Mathlaul Anwar Napal in Improving the Pedagogical Competence of SKI Teachers is to use "Participatory" strategy.
