KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU MI MATHLA’UL ANWAR GUNUNG BARU KECAMATAN GUNUNG LABUHAN KABUPATEN WAY KANAN
Abstract
This study proposes the formulation of the problem: "How is the Leadership and Implementation of Madrasah Principal Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance at MI Mathla'ul Anwar Gunung Baru, Gunung Labuhan District, Way Kanan Regency?" This study uses a qualitative approach. The primary data sources in this study were the head of madrasah, representatives and teachers of MI Mathla'ul Anwar Gunung Baru, Gunung Labuhan District, Way Kanan Regency, while supporting research documents were secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction procedures, data presentation and conclusion drawing and data verification. The results showed that the leadership of the head of MI Mathla'ul Anwar Gunung Baru, Gunung Labuhan District, Way Kanan Regency was carried out through his ability to influence teachers, his ability to give orders to teachers, his ability to motivate teachers, and his ability to create teacher confidence. Each of these stages was carried out by the head of MI Mathla'ul Anwar Gunung Baru, but it was not optimal. The performance of MI Mathla'ul Anwar Guru Gunung Baru, Gunung Labuhan District, Way Kanan Regency based on data analysis is quite good.
