Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the influence of the principal's leadership on the discipline of SMA Muhammadiyah Martapura Oku Timur teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership on the discipline and performance of teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah Martapura Oku Timur. The research method used is quantitative, with the most basic data collection technique being a questionnaire given to 24 teachers of SMP Darusslam Argomulyo. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study are: 1) The strength of the leadership influence of the headmaster of SMA Muhammadiyah Martapura Oku Timur on the discipline of SMA Muhammadiyah Martapura Oku Timur teachers is 0.767 which is categorized as a strong influence. 2) The strength of the influence of the principal's leadership on the teacher's performance of SMA Muhammadiyah Martapura Oku Timur is 0.495 which is categorized as having a moderate effect. While the contribution of the principal's leadership to discipline is 76.70%, the testing rule is 5.60, the contribution to teacher performance is 49.50%, the test rule is 3.072, meaning that there is a significant influence of the principal's leadership on the discipline and performance of SMA Muhammadiyah Martapura teachers.
