REKRUTMEN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA TENAGA PENDIDIDIK (DOSEN) DI SEKOLAH TINGGI AGAMA ISLAM BATURAJA OGAN KOMERING ULU
Abstract
This study aims to identify, understand and describe in detail and in depth the recruitment, selection and development of educators at STAI Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach; Collecting data through interviews as the main method and documentation as a supporting method in research, data analysis is carried out by reducing the data from interviews and documentation, then the data obtained are displayed, then conclusions are drawn. The data validity test used is source triangulation. Sources of data in this study were the Head of STAI, Deputy Chair 1, Principal, Teachers, Secretary and College Staff. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that; 1) Recruitment carried out at STAI Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu recruitment can be said to be good, because it has gone through careful planning (including needs analysis and recruitment preparation). The recruitment preparation stage consists of activities; Determination of time and costs, determining the procedure for registration of educators, determining the qualifications of applicants, and determining sources or channels in recruitment. In addition, the implementation phase is carried out optimally (covering the distribution of announcements and acceptance of applications).
