In this study, the analysis is directed at the elements of the implementation of learning including planning, implementation, and assessment. This study uses a qualitative approach. By using data collection methods, namely the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that PAI learning has been well implemented and begins with planning. In planning, the teacher has been able to make and complete lesson plans very well. Then in PAI learning, learning implementation activities consist of initial activities, core activities and closing activities. In terms of creative values, the PAI Study Teacher uses an imaginative approach so that learning activities can be more interesting. Teachers always create a classroom atmosphere that provides opportunities for students to work independently. Inviting students to think and act equally to assess the rights and obligations of themselves and others. The teacher gives appreciation for the work of students by congratulating and giving gifts to outstanding outstanding students. Familiarize students to maintain the cleanliness of the classroom environment. And finally, in PAI learning, the teacher carries out an evaluation according to the lesson plans and ends the assessment at the follow-up stage.
