Abstract

The success of an organization, including educational institutions such as schools, in a competitive environment, undoubtedly depends on the school's ability to identify and meet the needs and provide good services, especially in the effective learning process. Efforts to serve education users (students) are one of the crucial strategies for institutions to achieve quality education, as service to students will provide assessment responses to educational institutions, and meeting students' needs through good service will lead to their satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to understand the efforts made, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of Madrasah Aliyah Al Falah Putak in improving the service of the learning process. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research method. The results show that administrative steps for student affairs are carried out actively and independently by involving the vice principal for student affairs. This can be seen through various school extracurricular programs, involvement in the student admission process, monitoring of student attendance, all of which are well executed, resulting in improvement and enhancement of service in the learning process at Madrasah Aliyah Al Falah Putak
