Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of education management in improving the quality of education at MTs Darussalam Kampung Baru. To answer these problems, data collection used participatory observation techniques, unstructured interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification which were then described in a descriptive narrative manner. The findings of this study are: with the implementation of education management through the functions of planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising quite well, the quality of education in terms of sources, processes and learning outcomes at MTs Darussalam Kampung Baru can be even better. This means that the implementation of education management can improve the quality of education at MTs Darussalam Kampung Baru.
