Abstract

As time progresses towards advancement in an increasingly liberal era of competition, society inevitably experiences growth and changes, which cannot be avoided. Changes and shifts in political, social, cultural, and other aspects, when associated with education, have significant implications because modern society tends to be critical, selective, and future-oriented. Therefore, the quality of education needs to be enhanced. To improve education, enhancing student learning achievements is necessary. Enhancing student learning achievements encompasses not only the cognitive aspect but also the affective and psychomotor aspects of students. Research results indicate efforts by the principal of SD Negeri 2 Sumberrejo Kemiling Bandar Lampung to enhance student learning achievements, including improving facilities and infrastructure such as constructing classrooms and adding reference books to the library, providing extracurricular activities like scouting, and enhancing teacher competencies through motivational initiatives from the principal and participation in training, workshops, and seminars
