Abstract

SMP IT Insan Robbani Kotabumi, as an educational institution committed to providing quality education, is required to continuously improve the quality of learning to achieve the desired educational standards. However, in the pursuit of this goal, the development of the school principal's managerial competence becomes an important aspect. This research aims to investigate and analyze the managerial competence of the school principal at SMP IT Insan Robbani Kotabumi in the context of enhancing the quality of learning. A deeper understanding of the school principal's managerial competence can provide valuable insights into designing more effective and efficient educational strategies and policies. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the development of human resources in the field of education, particularly in improving the quality of learning at SMP IT Insan Robbani Kotabumi. Additionally, the results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for relevant stakeholders in formulating better educational policies in the future.
