Hubungan Antara Persepsi Siswa Tentang Kreativitas Guru Dan Motivasi Belajar Dengan Hasil Belajar Bidang Studi Fiqih Di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Muttaqin Baturaja
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to know the significant and positive correlation between learning motivation and learning achievement, significant and positive correlation between student perception about teacher pedagogic competence with learning achievement, and significant and positive correlation between learning motivation and student perception about teachers pedagogic competence together with student achievement. The type of research is ex-postfacto correlation. Population and sample were 67 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis technique used was product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement, there was a significant and positive relationship between students perceptions about pedagogic competence of teachers with learning achievement, and there was a significant and positive relationship between learning motivation and students perceptions of pedagogic competence teachers together with student achievement.
