Abstract
This Classroom Action Research aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education learning material for memorizing the Al-Quran Jus 30 using the Talaqqi method. The research was conducted in two cycles. The instruments used were student observation sheets and tests. The results showed that the practice of learning Islamic religious education in SMPN I Pasir Sakti Lampung Timurmemorized the Jus 30 by applying the talaqqi method. Increasing student activity and participation in learning by applying the talaqqi method, namely: the average level of student activity in the first cycle of the first act is 2.00 and while the total score of student activity in the second cycle of the first act is 33 with an average of 4.12. While the number of student activity scores in the second cycle of the first act was 21 with an average of 2.62 and the average level of student
activity in the second cycle of the second act was 3.75. Learning to memorize the Jus 30 by applying the talaqqi method, namely: the average student learning outcomes of the first cycle of the first action in the letter Jus 30 is 56.58 obtained by students. While Cycle I in the second action the average value of learning outcomes obtained by students is 75.83. In the second cycle, the first action of Jus 30's letter was to reach the KKM score with an average value of 51.66 learning outcomes. While in the second cycle of action the KKM value and the average value of student learning outcomes are 78,95.
