Hubungan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru PAI Dengan Kemampuan Kognitif Siswa Di SMP Lazuardi Haura GCS Bandar Lampung
Abstract
This study aims to determine the pedagogical competence of Islamic religious education teachers (PAI) in increasing learning interactions in SMP Lazuardi Haura GCS Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, through observation and in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data obtained were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1. PAI teachers have pedagogical competencies in the form of: understanding students, designing learning, implementing learning that is educative and dialogic, utilizing learning technology, evaluating learning, developing students to actualize various potentials they have. 2. PAI teacher efforts to improve learning interactions are first, teacher interaction with students by way of, class settings, explaining subject matter, asking questions to students, giving points / grades, giving practice exercises to students, checking students' work, repetition of subject matter, assigning learning tasks, giving discussion assignments. Second, the students' interaction with the teacher by answering the teacher's questions, working on the questions, working on the discussion tasks, taking notes on the lesson, repeating the subject matter, doing the task in front.
