Impelentasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Lulusan Di SMAN 1 Kalianda Lampung Selatan
Abstract
Madrasah-Based Management (SBM) is a management model that gives schools greater autonomy and flexibility to manage existing resources and encourages increased participation of school and community members to achieve school goals. This article is the result of a qualitative study on the implementation of school-based management (SBM). ) in improving the quality of graduates at SMAN I Kalianda South Lampung. Moving on from the theories, concepts, and practical guidelines for implementing school-based management, the researcher takes a comprehensive picture of the implementation of SBM and its relationship to improving the quality of graduates. Through field research and qualitative analysis, researchers found that the implementation of SBM at SMAN I Kalianda South Lampung has succeeded in improving the quality of its graduates.
