IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN MUTU TERPADU PADA STANDAR PROSES DI SDN 4 SUKAJAWA

Abstract

The policy in improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia is through improving the quality of education. This study aims to find out how to implement integrated quality management in the process standards at SDN 4 Sukajawa. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that (1) the implementation of integrated Quality Management focuses on customers on process standards, namely customers who are satisfied with the services provided such as services provided by TU to teachers or services felt by students in the learning process. (2) Implementation of Integrated Quality Management respects everyone at the standard process, namely that all school residents respect and respect each other, teachers always respect students, as well as students always respect teachers. (3) The implementation of Quality Management on process standards in continuous improvement has been implemented properly. (5) The implementation of Quality Management in the Standard process in leadership (leadership) has been well implemented where the principal implements a democratic leadership system or style.
