Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning achievement of class VI students in Islamic Jurisprudence at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda through the application of active, creative, effective and fun learning (PAKEM). The method used is classroom action research using three cycles. The research subjects were students of class VI at the Miftahul Huda Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Data collection techniques used are tests and observations. The research results show that the application of PAKEM can improve student achievement. In cycle I, the average student score was 72.2 with a learning completeness percentage of 72.2%. In cycle II, the average student score increased to 82.3 with a learning completeness percentage of 88.9%. In cycle III, the average student score reached 90 with a learning completeness percentage of 100%. It can be concluded that the application of PAKEM was effective in increasing the learning achievement of class VI students in the subject of Jurisprudence at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda. Therefore, it is suggested to teachers to implement active, creative, effective, and fun learning in the learning process
