Abstract

The quality of educational services in educational institutions is very important to achieve optimal educational goals. In this research, we explore three aspects that are considered important for improving the quality of education services in educational institutions, namely the quality of teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure, as well as evaluation and monitoring.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation Through this research, we found that improving the quality of teaching staff can be done by providing continuous training and development, as well as providing rewards and incentives according to their performance. Meanwhile, adequate facilities and infrastructure are also important to create a conducive learning environment. Educational institutions can improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure by carrying out regular repairs and maintenance, as well as paying attention to safety and comfort aspects.

Lastly, evaluation and monitoring can help educational institutions to identify strengths and weaknesses in existing education systems, and provide a solid basis for improvement and change. To increase the effectiveness of evaluation and monitoring, educational institutions need to determine clear and measurable evaluation and monitoring objectives, select appropriate methods, and involve all relevant parties.

By taking action to improve the quality of teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure, as well as evaluation and monitoring, it is hoped that educational institutions will be able to provide a better quality of education services that are beneficial to students and the wider community. This research contributes to developing an understanding of the efforts that can be made to improve the quality of educational services in educational institutions.
