Abstract

Character education is an important aspect in student development which aims to form good and strong characters. Scouting is an effective means of character education because it can shape student character through fun and educational activities. Good and structured scouting education management is key in developing student character education. In this case, planning, implementation, and supervision are important aspects of scouting education management. Planning involves the goals to be achieved, the strategies to be used, and the resources needed. The implementation of scouting activities needs to be well organized and carried out with the right approach to achieve the desired goals. While supervision is carried out to evaluate scouting activities and provide feedback so as to increase the effectiveness of activities in developing student character. With good scouting education management, it is hoped that scouting activities can make a major contribution in shaping the character of students who are strong and have good character.
