MANAJEMEN SARANA DAN PRASARANA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SMK KESEHATAN FAHD ISLAMIC SCHOOL BEKASI
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to answer the formulation of the problem. This research is qualitative by using in-depth interviews, observation, document studies and documentation. After the data is collected, the data will be reducted, displayed and drawing conclusion. The results of this study found that; 1) The management of facilities and infrastructure in Medical Vocational Fahd Islamic School starts from analysis of needs, planning to reporting. The parties involved are the principal, deputy head of infrastructure, field division, homeroom teacher and head of the department. The condition of the infrastructure is reported monthly by the homeroom teacher and the head of the department. Funding for facilities and infrastructure is taken from student tuition. The completeness of infrastructure and laboratory facilities for the three skill programs is very good, referring to the government's standard procedures for vocational school. 2) During the pandemic, teaching and learning activities and meetings are conducted online. Entering the new habit, the school added a place to wash hands, handwash, hand sanitizer and provide health workers who are productive teachers. 3) Inhibiting factors such as late tuition payments by students and student negligence causing damage can be overcome by the school by socializing and providing sanctions. The cohesiveness and cooperation of human resources in managing infrastructure is the main factor that supports the success of infrastructure management. 4) Good management of facilities and infrastructure has succeeded in improving the quality of education on indicators of curriculum quality standards and the learning process, quality standards for new student recruitment, teacher quality standards and the quality standards of the infrastructure itself.
