Abstract

Subject matter in this research are: 1) Laying down requisite guidelines in improving educators’ quality and its manpower in the Institute of Tahfizh Riung Huffazh Indonesia, 2) Educators and education manpower’s  quality improvement in the Institute of Tahfizh Riung Huffazh Indonesia, 3) Implementation on improving educators and its manpower’s quality in the Institute of Tahfizh Riung Huffazh Indonesia, 4) The supervision of educators and its manpower’s improvement quality in  the  Institute  of  Tahfizh  Riung  Huffazh  Indonesia,  5)  The  evaluation  of management improvement on educators’ quality in the Institute of Tahfizh Riung Huffazh Indonesia The  applied  research  method  in  this research  are  observation, interview and documentation. The result concluded: 1) Quality improvement occurred on account of educators’ and education manpower’s trainings, 2) The number of educators and education’s manpower who acquire syahadah qiro’at and Ummi Method al-Qur’an, 3) The number of educators and education manpower extending their study to graduate school.
