PENGARUH KINERJA GURU DAN MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (SDM) TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR AL-QUR’AN JAMA’AH MAJLIS TA’LIM UM-ABATA INDONESIA
Abstract
The main objectives of this research are: 1) To analyze the effect of teacher performance on interest in learning the Qur'an at the jama’ah of MT Um- ABaTa Indonesia, 2) To analyze HR management on the interest in learning the Qur'an at the jama’ah of MT Um-ABaTa Indonesia, 3) To analyze the magnitude of the influence contribution of teacher performance and human resource management on interest in learning the Qur'an at the jama’ah of MT Um-ABaTa Indonesia. The method used in this research is survey method. The survey is a research method using a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting research data. The analysis technique used is regression and correlation analysis. Hypothesis testing using the T-test and F-test at the real level α = 0.05. The results of this study found that: 1) There is a significant influence between teacher performance on interest in learning the Al-Qur'an jama'ah, with a strength of influence of 0.672 which is interpreted as having a strong level of influence. 2) There is a significant influence between HR management on the interest in learning the Al-Qur’an jama'ah, with a strength of influence of 0.578 which is interpreted to have a fairly strong effect. 3) Separately, the contribution made by teacher performance to the interest in learning the Al-Qur'an congregation is 45.16%. The contribution made by HR management to the interest in learning the Al-Qur'an congregation is 33.41%. While each of the remainder is a contribution or contribution from other variables that are not measured in this study. Teacher performance can influence congregational learning interest, this is predicted through the resulting linear regression equation that is Ŷ = 29.959 + 0.604 X1 and HR management can influence congregational learning interest, with predictions through the resulting linear regression equation that is Ŷ = 31.898 + 1.155 X2. Finally, it can be said that there is a significant positive influence between teacher performance and HR management on congregational learning interest. And this research concludes that Jama'ah Learning Interest (Y) can be increased through Teacher Performance (X1) and HR Management (X2)
