Abstract

This study aims to find out about human resource management in improving the quality of education at the Sekolah dasar Inklusi Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah, Depok City, Islands Province in 2022. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and interviews. Analysis of the data reduction used, display and verification data. The results of the study are: a managerial system that is not modified only by the school principal, but is assisted by several people who are appointed as team management. In more detail about the results of the research are: (1) The HR planning system is carried out by analyzing all activities or workload that must be carried out by all components of the school. , and good morals. (3) The training and development of human resources that are carried out still tend to measure the success and failure of training in terms of implementation. (4) The evaluation is carried out using three stages, namely monthly evaluation, mid-semester and year-end evaluation. (5) Giving compensation with an honorarium system can be said to be fair, but in terms of eligibility does it meet the minimum standards (UMR). , in this case the Principal as a supervisor who is assisted by several appointed people.
