MANAJEMEN PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN GURU TAHFIZH QURAN DI SMA MADINATUL QURAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine "Tahfizh Quran Teacher Training and Development Management at SMA Madinatul Quran Jonggol Bogor Regency. The research methods used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study found that: 1) There is an influence of management training and development of good musyrifs or Tahfizh Quran Teachers on the quality of musyrifs. 2) Some of the principles of effective training have been well accommodated such as good participation, repetition, transparency and relevance. As there is also a training planning and design system that has been applied in this training. 3) Many musyrifs are trusted to guide and manage institutions such as those outside the Madinatul Quran High School.
