Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the management of educators and education personnel in Madrasah Aliyah Nurus Salam Sido Gede, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur, South Sumatra and to identify effective strategies for improving the quality of education in the school. The research found that the school has implemented various management practices, but there are still challenges such as limited resources, low teacher motivation, and inadequate teacher training. These factors have an impact on the quality of education in the school. To overcome these challenges, the paper suggests several effective and efficient strategies, such as improving the teacher recruitment process, providing regular teacher training and development programs, and enhancing the role of school leaders in motivating and supporting their teachers. By implementing these strategies, the school can improve the quality of education and prepare students to compete in the global economy.
