Abstract

This study used a qualitative method, the data sources in the study consisted of the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa, Religion subject teachers, counseling teachers, students and the profile documentation of MTs Al-Hidayat Jamantra OKI. Collecting data in this research uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction procedures, data presentation and data verification as well as drawing conclusions. The research results show that; 1) The role of the teacher at MTs Al-Hidayat Jamantra OKI in implementing the hidden curriculum is generally very good where the teacher can act as a facilitator, mentor, motivator, organizer, and a resource. 2). The implementation of the hidden curriculum at MTs Al-Hidayat Jamantra OKI in the fields of worship, morals and social affairs has been going well. 3) The goals of Islamic religious education are not only mundane but spiritual matters, for this reason the achievement of these Islamic religious education goals must be the duty of every individual Muslim, especially educators. Based on the results of the research it can be concluded that MTs Al-Hidayat Jamantras teachers OKI plays a very important role in the implementation of the hidden curriculum towards achieving the goals of Islamic religious education.
