Abstract

The role of the Al-Qur'an Hadith Teacher in fostering interest in reading the Qur'an in students at Gema Pancasila Bandung Middle School, variable indicators of the role of parents have been carried out although not yet at the optimal level the role of parents includes controlling children's learning activities, monitoring academic development , monitoring personality development, monitoring the effectiveness of children's learning hours. While the variable indicators of the teacher's role have been carried out well, including: the role of the teacher as a facilitator, the role of the supervising teacher, the war of the teacher motivator, the role of the teacher organizer, the role of the teacher as a human resource, this of course produces positive results, namely an increase in interest in reading Al -Qur'an for students at Gema Pancasila Bandung Middle School with the stages of development indicators in this study including: reading the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly. The factors that influence the teacher's role in fostering interest in reading the Qur'an in students at Gema Pancasila Bandung Middle School are Internal Factors, internal factors, namely factors that come from within the students themselves which consist of physiological factors and psychological factors, namely lack of interest from within the participants and external factors, namely factors that come from outside the students themselves. These factors include family, school and student factors including family factors and school factors.
