The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' socio-economic conditions and learning motivation on the students' learning achievement of fiqh at SD N 8 Pangkalanbaru. The research that the authors conducted was a quantitative study in which data processing used statistical analysis, the population in this study were all students of SD N 8 Pangkalanbaru, totaling 44 students and constituting the total population because the sample was less than 100. The method the author used was a questionnaire method, interviews , observation and documentation. The results of the analysis of the author's data using humus multiple linear and partial coefficient regression obtained is the F-count of 3.705 greater than the F-table of 3.23. That this shows that there is an influence between the socio-economic conditions of parents and learning motivation on student achievement in the Fiqh subject of SD N 8 Pangkalanbaru students.
