Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare human resource management. Aspects of the comparison include, management comparison Recruitment Planning, Management of Extracurricular Activities, Organization of Placements, Mobilization of Extracurricular Activity Management, and management. The most important subjects in this study are school principals, teachers, school committees from these schools, which have many similarities and differences in several aspects. therefore it is mandatory to improve the quality of SD Negeri 9 Katon and it is hoped that it can become a treasure and input for SD Negeri 9 Negeri Katon Pesawaran. The results of the analysis are set forth in the main tasks and functions, the results of this position analysis are carried out filling and placing personnel in positions according to intellectual capacity, capabilities, work experience and exemplary. (1) the withdrawal and selection of GTT and PTT candidates is carried out based on considerations of academic, non-academic achievements and good morals. (2) the training and development of Extracurricular Activity Management that is carried out still tends to be on measuring the success and failure of training in terms of implementation, not oriented on whether the effectively implemented training is able to change the behavior and performance of the participants towards the objectives of SD Negeri 9 Katon Pesawaran School. (3) the evaluation is carried out using three stages, namely monthly evaluation, mid-semester and year-end evaluation.
