Abstract

The aim of this research is to compare the human resource management of educators and education staff in Madrasahs. Data and documents were collected and compiled using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation studies. The data and documents are checked for validity through triangulation of methods, theories and sources. Furthermore, the data and documents were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the analysis show that first, the planning or programming of activities in this school has been going well. This can be seen from the planning process carried out by involving all the components responsible for the stability of the activities carried out to achieve the objectives of the madrasa. a comprehensive and dynamic school organization, where each component is contained in the organizational structure. Third, orientation is carried out in which orientation is a way of direction by providing the necessary information so that activities can be carried out properly. fourth, Supervision is carried out on teachers, especially educators and education staff involving several parties, including the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, Ministry of Religion
