Abstract

Academic supervision carried out by the head of ‎Madrasah Tsanawiyah hidayatul ‎‎mubtadiin South Lampung is ‎an effort to improve the quality of learning through ‎coaching, ‎‎as well as guidance to teachers in planning learning, ‎implementing the ‎learning process, and ‎evaluating student ‎learning outcomes in order to achieve the ‎goals that have been ‎set.‎ This research was conducted with the aim of; 1) Describe ‎the academic ‎supervision plan ‎carried out by the head of ‎Madrasah Tsanawiyah hidayatul ‎mubtadiin, 2) Describe the ‎‎strategy for implementing academic supervision of the ‎head of ‎Madrasah Tsanawiyah ‎hidayatul mubtadiin south Lampung, ‎and 3) ‎describe the implications of academic ‎supervision of the ‎head of Madrasah ‎Tsanawiyah hidayatul mubtadiin in ‎improving the ‎quality of learning at Madrasah ‎Tsanawiyah ‎hidayatul Mubtadiin South Lampung.‎Based on the results of ‎the study, the following findings can be concluded: ‎‎Conclusion: ‎academic supervision is one way to improve ‎teacher professionalism ‎in planning, ‎implementing the ‎learning process and evaluating student learning ‎outcomes in ‎order to ‎improve the quality of learning so that educational ‎goals both ‎locally and nationally can be ‎achieved well.‎
