Abstract

Implementation is the process of realizing the plan. ‎Management implementation is the governance and leadership ‎of madrasah principals who act with ideas, plans, methods, ‎design, principles, ethics, and motivation to do quality in an ‎effort to realize educational goals. This research was carried out ‎through direct observation, data collection (documentation) and ‎Questions and Answers (Interviews), and data analysis through ‎reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions As the ‎final conclusion of this thesis, the results obtained that: ‎Implementation of Madrasah Principal Management at ‎Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo, namely ‎Transparent, effective, accountable and participatory ‎management, by carrying out management functions.‎
