Abstract

As Education Supervisor, the Madrasah Head is responsible for mobilizing and directing teaching capacity for professional development in order to improve student learning at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency in 2020/2201. This research was conducted to see how much Academic Supervision of the teaching profession. This research is a quantitative research to test research hypotheses using interview, questionnaire and observation methods. This study is a population study with a total of 33 teachers with research sampling carried out using the saturated sampling technique (saturated sampling), meaning that all members of the population are used as samples. Data retrieval using a questionnaire and data analysis technique used is a simple regression test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between academic supervision, with an influence strength of 0.992 very strong category. So the higher the level of academic supervision of the Madrasah Principal, the more influential the professionalism of a teacher.
