Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and the management of high school facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam are. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research data was obtained based on the results of field observations, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique carried out in this study used data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that SDN 2 Kotabumi already has the facilities and infrastructure required by law but has not yet applied modern management principles in its management. includes the functions of planning, procurement, inventory, storage, distribution, maintenance, deletion as well as assessment and supervision. The conclusion of the research SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam already has minimum school facilities and infrastructure, and in managing the facilities and infrastructure they have not used modern management principles so that the standards of educational facilities and infrastructure have not been met.
