UPAYA GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MATA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the teacher's efforts to increase the learning motivation of students in the Aqidah Akhlak subject in Class IX at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Azhar Center. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a case study type, with a single case design. Collecting data with interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis with interactive analysis models. To check the validity of the data is done by data triangulation. The results showed that the teacher's efforts in increasing the learning motivation of students in fiqh subjects were the efforts of teachers in increasing the learning motivation of students in the Aqidah Akhlak subject in Class IX at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Azhar Center. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's efforts in increasing the learning motivation of students in the Aqeedah Akhlak subject are by giving praise, giving gifts, giving tests, giving punishment. the learning motivation of class IX students in the subject of aqidah morals needs to be maintained because students have indicators of a desire and desire to succeed, there is encouragement and need in learning, there are hopes and aspirations for the future. Factors that influence the learning motivation of class IX students in the subject of moral ethics are intrinsic factors which are encouragement from the students themselves. Extrinsic factors that come from the environment of students such as encouragement from parents and the environment.
