FUNGSI SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS MENEJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN PAI

Abstract

The aims of this research are to know the facilities and infrastructure needed to improve the quality of PAI learning, to know the management process of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning, and to find out the results of improving the quality of PAI learning at MTs Haqqul Yakin Teluk Pandan Pesawaran through the management of educational facilities and infrastructure.This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research, because with the aim to describe or describe the phenomena that are in the research location. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is first, by reducing the data, namely summarizing, choosing the main things and focusing on the important things. Second, displaying data, namely presenting data in the form of brief descriptions, tables and the like. And thirdly, through verification/drawing conclusions, namely the conclusions put forward are credible conclusions and can answer the formulation of the problem that was put forward from the start. The results of the research above can be concluded that MTs Haqqul Yakin Teluk Pandan Pesawaran in improving the quality of PAI learning uses available and ready-to-use facilities and infrastructure. This is due to good management of educational facilities and infrastructure by school components. And the results are quite satisfactory, both students, teachers and schools can feel the results with the management.
