Abstract

Technology is currently a forefront parameter that has a huge influence on development, including social media users, almost all individuals have it. This important role of technology has brought human civilization into the digital era. The digital era has brought various good changes as a positive impact that can be used as well as possible, it can also have a negative impact. This is where the role of parents is needed. As one of the institutions responsible for children's education, parents are expected to provide correct and appropriate care. Millennial parents need to recognize the characteristics of early childhood. Therefore, in order to become a successful generation in the 21st century, millennial parents need to pay attention to the following things: Parenting, nurturing, educating and protecting children; Growing children according to their abilities, talents and interests; Preventing early child marriage. Providing character education and inculcating character values ​​in children.
