Abstract

One of the interesting problems to study in the world of education regarding human resources is teacher performance. A nation that is developed if it has quality resources. This research was conducted to determine how much influence the managerial head of madrasah had on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung in 2019. This study is a quantitative study to test the research hypothesis using a survey method. This research is a population study, namely 34 teachers. The research sample was taken using saturated sampling technique (saturated sampling) meaning that all members of the population were used as the sample. Collecting data using a questionnaire and data analysis technique used is by multiple regression test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between managerial madrasah principals on teacher performance, with a middle power of influence of 0.559. The contribution given by the managerial head of madrasah to teacher performance was 31.2%.
