Abstract
This study aims to develop a learning media called Pakapin (Smart Pocket Board) within the thematic learning context for grade I of MI Diniyyah Putri Lampung. This media is designed to enhance students’ learning activities and strengthen their understanding of integrated learning materials. Active participation and engagement of students in the learning process are expected to increase through the use of this media. The methodology employed in this research is research and development (R&D) with both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The trial results indicate that the use of Pakapin media boosts student learning motivation to 85%. Furthermore, students' learning outcomes show a significant improvement, with average scores being higher compared to conventional teaching methods. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for developing other educational media in primary education, particularly in a more engaging and interactive thematic learning context.
