This study aims to analyze the principal's efforts in fostering and enhancing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung Junior High School, during the 2024/2025 academic year. Teacher professionalism is a crucial factor in improving the quality of education, making the principal’s role as an educational leader essential in creating a conducive environment for teacher competency development.
The study concludes that the principal’s efforts to enhance teacher professionalism significantly impact the quality of learning in the school. Through continuous development programs, teachers become more competent in carrying out their duties, positively affecting overall educational quality
