  2. First Publication Rights: Authors grant JINS the right of first official publication.
  3. Creative Commons Licensing: Articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), allowing universal sharing and adaptation provided appropriate scholarly credit is cited.
