Implikasi Wanita Karir Terhadap Keharmonisan Rumah Tangga Di Tinjau Dari Hum Islam

Abstrak

This study examines the impact of career women on domestic harmony and the perspectives of Islamic law on this phenomenon. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the extent to which career women influence domestic life, particularly in terms of harmony, and to examine Islamic law's perspective on women pursuing careers outside the home. This study is a qualitative field research study. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, with the primary informants being career women. The analysis was conducted inductively, drawing conclusions based on empirical data obtained in the field. The results indicate that the presence of career women can have both positive and negative impacts on the household. Positive impacts will be felt if working women continue to fulfill their roles in accordance with Islamic law and are able to manage their time between work and family. In such circumstances, a wife's career can actually be a supporting factor in creating harmony in the household..
