IMPLIKASI WANITA KARIR TERHADAP KEHARMONISAN RUMAH TANGGA DITINJAU DARI HUKUM ISLAM

Abstract

Problems in creating a harmonious family are also problems that cannot be avoided by women or wives who want to have a career. The aim of the research to be achieved is to find out the view of Islamic law towards career women and to find out the implications of career women for household harmony in Sidoharjo Jati Agung Village, South Lampung. The framework of this research is that in doing a job there are positive and negative impacts, but not only career women but career men too. However, most of the people who are more focused on by society in all aspects are career women. The research method used is empirical writing or what is usually called field research. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method. The results of this research show that in Islam there is never a prohibition on women who have the desire and ability in the field of entrepreneurship or profession. Wives are allowed to have a career as long as they do not forget their nature as a woman and also do not abandon their responsibilities as being the wife of a husband and mother of his children.
