In an educational institution, the head of the madrasa has a very decisive role in the progress of an educational institution because the head of the madrasa has a very large role in developing an educational institution. The head of the madrasa as a direct supervisor is required to have the main capacity as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and monitor. Supervision determines the essential conditions/conditions that will ensure the achievement of educational goals. With these supervision activities, it is hoped that the educational goals in the madrasa can be achieved as much as possible. More optimal efforts are needed to increase the role of madrasas in an effort to educate students, including optimizing the supervision of the madrasah principal, increasing teacher performance as educators so that it leads to more optimal teacher work improvements.
