MANAJEMEN BERBASIS MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN DI MTS N 01 TULANG BAWANG

Abstract

The use of resources based on the madrasa itself in the teaching or learning process is the meaning of madrasa-based management. One component that has an important role in the education system is the curriculum, especially in the implementation of MBM. Providing an understanding of the learning experiences that every student must have, and clarifying the direction of education are goals that must be achieved by the curriculum. This type of research is an evaluation research using qualitative research methods with interview and observation methods. Factors supporting the implementation of madrasa-based management in improving the quality of moral aqidah learning at MTs N 01 Tulang Bawang, Menggala Village, Menggala District, Tulang Bawang Regency, among others: the subjects taught are in accordance with academic qualifications, Competent Headmasters, and teachers already have professional ability. In general, the implementation of madrasa-based management in improving the quality of learning at MTs N 01 Tulang Bawang includes: curriculum management and teaching programs, education staff, students, and management of madrasa relations with the community. Basically, the implementation of madrasa-based management in various fields has been going well.
