Upaya Kepala Madrasah Dalam Mengimplementasi Pendidikan Karakter di SMK Al - Asror Sekampung Kabupaten Lampung Timur

Character education is one of the important aspects in education that focuses on developing moral and ethical values of students. This study aims to analyze the efforts of the headmaster in implementing character education at SMK Al-Asror Sekampung, East Lampung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the headmaster plays a significant role in designing and implementing character education programs through various extracurricular activities and training for teachers. Additionally, support from parents and the community significantly influences the success of this program. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other educational institutions in developing character education in their schools
